Not only for knees

Listed for use in knee therapy however this is sized to fit knee, shoulder or elbow. I am currently using it for a shoulder impingement. I don't expect it to remedy the impingement but do look forward to the improved healing when pressing the limits of stretching which is generally followed by pain. This fit nicely over shoulder with included straps / extensions. Be sure you become familiar with the controls before you put on shoulder as it is difficult to operate when you can't read the controller (very close to eyes). Has options for light level, timer, heat application. The display once fully charged indicates FU which I thought was an interesting choice for fully charged (see photo).

Run and get this as fast as you can! I took it out of the box, and wrapped it around my knee with total ease. So easy to use. It does come with extenders for larger legs. The battery was ready to go when I opened it. It helps my pain with the heat. It works great and has many levels to choose from.

Believer and red light therapy

I am certainly a believer in red light therapy. I know that some think it’s just another fad to get us to buy another product in hopes of getting physical relief. Red light therapy is the real deal, and this product certainly delivers. It not only has the light therapy, but adds heat relief along with it. The combination is unbeatable. I found that the device fits decently on my small shoulder area. I was worried that it would be entirely too big, but it is not. I think it will fit a variety of body types and sizes. I highly recommend it if you are needing relief from chronic pain. Hopefully it will work as well for you as it has for me.
